Holiday House "L'etoile filante" in the Dordogne in the Perigord Noir (Saint-Cybranet, Les Grezelles)
Description
The house is built with a central living room, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on each end, to accommodate two families or a large group of family / friends.
There is a large living room with a television corner, including video recorder and DVD player. The sitting area has two couches of which one is a fold-out bed for 2 people. There is a dining area with dining room table. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer. Separate room with a washing machine. 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed: 140X200; 1 bedroom with a double bed: 160X210; 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds: 90X200). There is a wardrobe in each bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub; each has a toilet. There are plenty of toys for children (like puzzles, family games and a swing outside). For young children we have a baby monitor, highchair and a crib.Outside
The house is situated in the Perigord Noir and the property measures 4000 square meters. The property is enclosed, slighly sloping, completely private and very quiet. There is 100% privacy at the beautiful swimming pool, and it is open from May through October. Poolside furniture and lounge chairs at the swimming pool. Barbecue.
